The identity and contact details of the legal entity responsible for processing will be published here when the operating entity of Maison Piruz is finalised.
Until processing services are activated, this page describes the current website implementation.
Information you choose to provide.
The website includes a contact form and a field for the Letter from the House. In the current implementation, these interfaces are not connected to a message-delivery or mailing service.
When those services are activated, this policy will identify the purposes of processing, the information collected, the relevant legal basis, recipients or processors where applicable, and the corresponding retention periods.
Browsing, analytics and cookies.
Maison Piruz does not use personal data for advertising through the current website implementation.
No analytics service, advertising pixel or non-essential tracking cookie is intentionally activated by Maison Piruz at this stage.
If non-essential technologies requiring consent are introduced, the appropriate choice mechanism and information will be provided before they are used.
Payments and orders.
Online payment processing is not active on the current website. Before online sales are enabled, this policy will be updated to describe the relevant processing and service providers.
Your rights.
Where personal data is processed, applicable data-protection law may provide rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability.
The practical contact route for exercising those rights will be published with the identity of the data controller.
Where the GDPR applies, individuals may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority.
Changes to this policy.
This policy will be updated as the services of the house become operational and whenever the way personal data is processed materially changes.
