THE NUMBERED EDITION
The Grand Reserve.
Once each year, from a single lot on the plateau, the house sets aside its largest jars — five grams, wax-sealed, entered by hand into the register.
The edition is limited by the harvest itself, not by us. When the year is quiet, the count is quiet.
